Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies when you choose "Subscribe & Save" on a Pawline product.

What you are agreeing to

A subscription is a recurring order. You will receive the products shown at the frequency you selected, and your payment method will be charged automatically for each shipment until you cancel. The price, quantity and frequency are shown next to the Subscribe & Save option before you place your order, and again at checkout.

Billing

Your first shipment is charged when you place your order. After that, each shipment is charged at the start of each delivery cycle at the price shown when you subscribed, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. If we need to change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Pause, skip or cancel anytime

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account on our website, or by contacting us using the Contact page. Changes made before your next shipment is processed take effect for that shipment. If a shipment has already been processed, it will ship and can be handled under our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may try your payment method again and will let you know if we need updated payment details. We may pause your subscription until payment is resolved.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, applies to subscription shipments.
