30-day money-back guarantee

Try your product at home. If you don't see a positive change in your cat, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the Contact page on our website and include your order number. We will confirm your request and let you know if anything else is needed.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process a refund, it can take several business days for your bank or card issuer to show it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Subscriptions
