This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $40. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by the carrier, weather, customs and other factors outside our control.

When your order ships

We will ship your order within the time stated at checkout or on the product page. If no time is stated, we will ship within 30 days of your order. If we cannot ship on time, we will tell you and give you the option to agree to a delay or to cancel your order for a full refund.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information where the carrier provides it.

Duties, taxes and fees

Orders shipped from outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is correct before you complete your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
